Picture this: what if every vote would come with a 5-question quiz about the policies of the candidate you voted for? If you can&#039;t answer those, you&#039;re not qualified to vote for the man. Oh, and your presence should be compulsory; you may choose not to vote, but you can&#039;t choose not to be there.</description>
